What if the De Tomaso Pantera was resurrected as a modern supercar?

Designer !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! created this concept back in 2007.

Were the Pantera to return to the market, would there be enough people to make it a success? Could it compete with the impressive lineup of modern supercars and exotics?

If it's going to be like "the new Lancia Stratos" we got a couple years back, then I'm going to pretend this doesn't exist.

On the other hand, if they actually make them, that would be badass.

Yeah, there's unfortunately a lot of "vapor" about certain cars (lookin at you NSX and Supra...)

I still like this concept too from back in the day

I think they could compete in the market of boutique manufacturers like Spyker and Weismann. Probably not so much with Lamborghini, Ferrari, and McLaren. I'm sure somebody would spend their money on them.

Think they would still use a Ford powerplant? Coyote?
